How does self check-in work?
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a unique passcode via WhatsApp and email. You can use this code to unlock the smart lock on the property door. No physical key exchange is required.
Is parking provided?
Yes, all our properties include at least one designated, secure parking space free of charge for our guests.
Can I bring my pet?
To maintain our high hygiene standards and consider guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in any of our properties.
Are the properties suitable for events or parties?
No. To respect our neighbors and the community, parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. We only allow the maximum number of guests stated in your booking.
