Standard Rate Cancellation

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the check-in date.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or for no-shows.

Bookings made under special promotional or discounted “Non-Refundable” rates cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
