1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Security Deposit: In addition to the full room payment, a refundable security deposit of RM200.00 is required prior to check-in. This deposit serves as a safeguard against damages, missing items, or violations of house rules. The deposit will be fully refunded back to you within 24 to 48 hours after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection by our team.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.
• Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  
  

3. House Rules

Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Parties, loud music after 10 PM, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the homestay is not allowed; a cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
